About delivery
1. When you place an order, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
If you choose free delivery, please allow 7 to 15 working days. We will send you a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
If you choose express delivery, please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery. We will send you a tracking number so you can follow the shipment. (Additional charges apply for express delivery)
2. Things to consider :
Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the end user.
We also set minimum prices for products to avoid extra charges.
3. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

4. Can you deliver at weekends?
brouilleureu.com does not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
5. Transport safety
Your order can be tracked online and is covered by the standard insurance of the carrier you have chosen. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you a tracking number. If a shipment is lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address, you must notify the carrier immediately. Alternatively, you can contact us. We will investigate the matter and help you make a possible insurance claim. As a result, you may need to provide us with photos or relevant documents as evidence. Depending on the situation, we will also consider reshipment or a refund.
